The Heaven's Rogues is a gaming clan that was founded in April 2001 on Phantasy Star Online by four brothers in St. Louis, Missouri. For almost ten years, COHR members gamed with each other from all across the country in countless games spanning many generations of game consoles. Due to the long period of time that has elapsed since the website was started, many members have moved on to accomplishing goals that are much more important than trying to raise a level 200 HUmar. Members are now busy with educational pursuits, climbing the corporate ladder, and raising families.

Although the COHR website and forums are archived at the moment, members are still playing games with each other and interacting on social networks in ways that nobody would even think possible in 2001.
