The High Council is the governing body of the Heaven's Rogues. They see to all the affairs that affect the clan as a whole. The main job of the High Council is to keep the clan running as smoothly as possible.
» The Leadership CouncilRank: Lord
Description: The Lords are the highest ranking officials in the Clan of Heaven's Rogues. There can only be four Lords at any given time, which dates back to the time the clan was started by four brothers. The High Council is a coalition of the Lords whose job is to make sure the clan is running smoothly and there are no problems. Since the job of running a clan is hard work each Lord has a certain responsibility within the High Council.
Rank: Councilor
Description: Councilors are former Lords that are still given access to the private leadership forums. Other than that, their standing in the clan is the same as our Guardians. As long as a Lord leaves their position in good standing they are given this rank as a "thank you" for all their hard work and dedication. A Councilor may petition to become a Lord again, if they feel like they can perform helpful duties once again to the clan. If the petition passes a vote in the High Council and also has a majority of member approval, then a Councilor can be reappointed as a Lord.
The Leadership Council consist of members who help run the clan in our Chronicles. Each member of the Leadership Council can only hold such a position in one game at a time.
» Basic MembershipRank: Archangel
Description: An Archangel is a Guardian or Rogue who wishes to run a chronicle on behalf of COHR. They must have shown active service within the clan and be approved by the High Council. An Archangels jurisdiction lays within thier specific supported Chronicle. They have the authority to recruit and boot members as they see fit in their game. They also have the right to create systems which would be fun for the members, such as a point system. However, they also have specific regulations they must follow to lead COHR into an online game. Examples of this are making sure events and tournaments are scheduled to make the gameplay of our members fun and exciting. An Archangel also has the right to choose an Angel, who assists the Archangel in running the Chronicle.
Rank: Angel
Description: Angels are members of a Chronicle that have been appointed by the Archangel to help lead the Chronicle. Angels are second in command in their respective Chronicle. Their duties are specific to each game and are appointed to them by the Archangel. For example an Angel could be a recruitment or events manager.
Basic membership in COHR is for those who do not wish to partake in the responsibilities of running COHR, but rather enjoy being part of the clan while gaming. Some members within this section may join teams that help COHR in one way or another. An example of this would be our COHR Tribune Writers (our newsletter). If you would like to help COHR in a way that does not require you to take on a leadership role, ask your higher ranking officers for more information.
Rank: Guardian
Description: Guardians are Rogues that have been active within the clan community for over a year. Being active means participating in Chronicles, being active on our forums, and other activities like writing an article for the Tribune. This is an honorary title since we feel they need to be rewarded for their commitment to expanding the clan.
Rank: Rogue
Description: Rogues are the members that make up COHR's personality, reputation, and standings within the gaming communtity. Rogues are asked to vote in matters that concern the clan. Those who have the rank of Rogue are allowed different perks in clan supported games such as Teamspeak and tournament prizes. The only requirement of being a Rogue is to adhere to the Creed and respond to our Roll Call once a season.
Rank: Lost Soul
Description: Lost Souls are members that have been inactive for over a year. These members are welcome to come back anytime they wish as long as they agree to the Creed. The main reason that this rank is here is because sometimes members run into hard times in their life and need to go inactive for a little bit due to money or time constraints. When a Lost Soul rejoins the clan, they are given the rank of Rogue under most circumstances.
